On April 25, China Haisum convened its Production and Operation Analysis Meeting for Q1 2025 in Shanghai. At the meeting, the production and operation work for Q1 was comprehensively reviewed and the key tasks for Q2 were systematically deployed, aiming to drive precise efforts for subsequent work, ensure steady progress, and achieve high-quality, stable development. Participants included China Haisum's leading group, heads of headquarters departments, principal leaders of business units, full-time external directors, and relevant department heads, attending the meeting both in person and via video.
During the meeting, the Strategic Operation Center conducted a comprehensive analysis on the Company's production and operation data and key initiatives for Q1. Six business units shared insights on development of new quality productive forces, industry expansion, digital-intelligent transformation, and business collaboration.
Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Haisum, made a comprehensive summary of operations in Q1. Chen emphasized that the Company's future growth must rely on deep integration and AI-driven innovation, seeking high-quality development through three dimensions: mindset transformation, business expansion, and vitality stimulation. He also outlined six requirements for Q2:
I. Focus on strategic planning guidance: Align with national strategic directives and steadily advance the formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan for Development Strategy;
II. Expand market with all efforts: Focus on major clients, and continuously broaden the customer resource ecosystem;
III. Enhance innovation-driven development: Improve the R&D system and implement critical targets and tasks;
IV. Deepen lean operation management: Elevate foundational management capabilities and organizational efficiency from all aspects;
V. Accelerate talent team construction: Deepen the reform of the organizational system, and improve the dynamic update mechanism of job descriptions;
VI. Strengthen risk prevention and management: Establish a risk prevention and control management database for all levels of projects, and enhance the tracking of risk handling.
Zhao Guo'ang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Poly Sinolight, as well as Secretary of the Party Committee of China Haisum, delivered a concluding speech and proposed the following four work requirements:
I. Gain insight into the situation, enhance confidence, and precisely seize development opportunities: We shall identify opportunities in the face of a complex and volatile international situation; ride the momentum based on stable and improving domestic economy; capitalize on the accelerated transformation of light industry; seize the opportunities of the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of the manufacturing sector; bolster confidence and turn challenges into driving forces.
II. Strengthen management and focus on innovation to ensure stable market growth: The three teams - Growth, Foundation-Enhancement, and New-Embracing - bear the crucial responsibility of leading, coordinating, and driving the production and operation work of the Company and business units at all levels, with Growth leading the way as the new engine for development, Foundation-Enhancement consolidating the foundation for growth as a guarantee, and New-Embracing unleashing creative vitality as the driving force.
III. Meticulously strategize for the 15th Five-Year Plan to scientifically guide development direction: Sustained growth is the key to the survival and development of an enterprise, so it is necessary to strengthen strategic awareness. China Haisum and business units at all levels shall take the formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan as an opportunity to define their mission and vision, clarify development ideas, accurately identify the development positioning and outline key development tasks.
IV. Enhance the leading role of Party building, promote Party-business integration, and improve development support capabilities: We must unify thinking and build consensus on development based on the leading role of Party building. Party building should be rooted in business operations to drive Party-business integration and enhance value creation. It is essential to thoroughly implement the Central Committee's eight-point decision on improving Party conduct through study and education of its spirit, improve development support capabilities, and promote full and rigorous Party self-governance.
Additionally, during the meeting, to further enhance participants' understanding of the policies and industry, a special training session titled Intelligent Manufacturing Policy Interpretation and Industrial Development Analysis was organized, equipping the Company with intellectual momentum for future growth.
