On the afternoon of November 27th, China Haisum and Sika (China) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sika China") signed a strategic cooperation agreement and the general contracting agreement for the Sika Pinghu project in Shanghai. Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Haisum, and Zhang Zhi, Vice President of China Haisum; Zhang Yejiong, President of Sika (China) Ltd., along with Hu Yan and Jiang Binsong, Vice Presidents of Sika China, attended the ceremony.
Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Haisum, and Zhang Yejiong, President of Sika China, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. Zheng Wen, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Haisum's Shanghai Headquarters, and Hu Yan, Vice President of Sika China, signed the general contracting agreement for the Sika Pinghu project on behalf of both sides. Prior to the signing ceremony, the two parties held in-depth and friendly discussions on further strengthening their cooperation.
Zhang Yejiong expressed his gratitude to China Haisum for the warm reception, stating that the signing marks an important milestone in the cooperation journey between the two parties. Zhang noted that Sika China has been committed to continuous innovation in the field of construction materials and solutions, and looks forward to achieving resource sharing and complementary strengths with China Haisum in areas such as technological R&D and low-carbon, environmentally friendly practices. Together, they aim to explore more innovative solutions to meet the ever-evolving market and customer needs, and jointly drive progress and development within the industry.
Chen Rongrong noted that Sika China, as a leading provider of construction material solutions in the Chinese market, has consistently been committed to delivering high-quality products and services to its customers. Meanwhile, China Haisum possesses advanced technologies and extensive experience in areas such as engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and design consulting. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement and general contracting project not only affirms nearly 20 years of friendly collaboration between the two companies, but also reflects shared expectations for deeper cooperation in the future. Chen expressed hope that China Haisum and Sika China will move forward hand in hand toward mutually beneficial and sustainable development.
During the visit, Zhang Yejiong and his delegation toured the China Haisum's brand exhibition hall. Also present at the event were heads of relevant departments from Sika China, as well as main leaders and relevant heads from China Haisum's Shanghai Headquarters.
