Recently, the China National Light Industry Council awarded prizes to scientific and technological personnel and organizations that have made significant contributions to the scientific and technological progress of China's light industry, economic and social development, and the modernization of the light industry. Among them, China Haisum was awarded 2 second prizes and 1 third prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award.
Second Prize: Development and Application of the Cloud Engineering Design Digital Platform for the Light Industry
This project, "Haisum Cloud Engineering Design Digital Platform for the Light Industry", was independently developed by China Haisum's EIM Digital Innovation Center and launched in 2021. The project integrates cutting-edge technologies such as cloud desktops and big data to create a unified cross-disciplinary and cross-platform design environment, solving problems of fragmentation and information silos in traditional design phases. Based on standardized data management, resource allocation, multi-site deployment, and data bus technology, the platform achieves data interoperability and collaborative work between design software, effectively improving design, construction, and whole-process data exchange efficiency. It provides strong support for enterprise digital transformation and intelligent construction.
Second Prize: Water-saving Demisting and Deodorizing Device for Paper Machine Exhaust System
Designed by China Haisum CEC, the water-saving demisting and deodorizing device for paper machine exhaust systems adopts "air-to-air plate heat exchange combined with multi-stage mixing of cold and hot air" technology, achieving multifunctional water-saving demisting and deodorizing. It can be widely applied to various papermaking and similar industrial exhaust gas treatments.
This technology and device offer advantages of high efficiency, energy savings, and intelligence: utilizing outdoor natural cooling sources, automatic variable frequency control of fans and dampers for energy-saving operation; eliminating white mist while recovering water with a maximum recovery rate of up to 75%; achieving intelligent control with automatic adjustment of exhaust fan volume and cold air ratio based on exhaust conditions and outdoor temperature, and one-key automatic switching among demisting, deodorizing, and combined modes.
The device features a compact structure, small footprint, and convenient operation. It has been successfully industrialized, solving challenges such as large airflow handling difficulties, incomplete demisting, high energy consumption, and limited space. It brings considerable economic, social, and environmental benefits, effectively promotes the realization of "dual carbon" goals, and supports green construction and sustainable development in the industry.
Third Prize: Capacity Improvement and Control System Development for Fully Automatic Continuous Starch Gelatinization System in Papermaking Surface Sizing
China Haisum CLWD has conducted extensive research on fully automatic starch gelatinization technology for papermaking over many years. It has developed multiple key high-efficiency and energy-saving starch gelatinization technologies and complete equipment sets, achieving domestic manufacturing of fully automatic continuous starch gelatinization systems for papermaking surface sizing with capacities ranging from 20t/d to 150t/d. Through nearly 60 engineering projects and continuous optimization and innovation, the company now holds seven related patents. The results have been appraised as leading at the national level.
The application of this achievement can significantly improve production efficiency, realize energy saving, consumption reduction, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement goals. It has excellent economic and social benefits and will provide strong support for the green and intelligent development of the papermaking industry, further promoting technological progress and industrial upgrading in the sector.
