Pan Lina provided a detailed overview of the current development status and future plans for Luzhou Laojiao Group and its food sector. She noted that in recent years, Luzhou Laojiao has also been exploring diversified and international expansion in the food industry while maintaining steady growth in its core baijiu business, and that China Haisum's extensive experience and technological innovation capabilities in food engineering will serve as the cornerstone for deepening collaboration between the two parties. Zhang Zhi reviewed previous achievements of project cooperation between Poly Sinolight and China Haisum in multiple fields and introduced intelligent manufacturing solutions. She emphasized that this strategic cooperation is an inevitable choice for high-quality mutual development of both parties and that the two parties will jointly tackle technological challenges and explore new pathways for intelligent and green development of the food industry.

Witnessed by all attendees, Li Jinsong and Zhang Zhi signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

Pan Lina and Li Zhenzhou, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of GDE, signed an EPC contract for the construction project of Huguo Flavor Industry's mature vinegar production base. The project will leverage China Haisum's technical expertise in food engineering to establish a modern and intelligent mature vinegar production base, further strengthening Luzhou Laojiao's industrial footprint in the condiment industry.

During the discussion, Zhao Guo'ang remarked that Luzhou Laojiao Group is a company with history, culture, and ambition, and highlighted that its heritage is rooted in the past but destined for the future, and its products originate in China but are meant for the world. He pointed out that the research institutes under Poly Sinolight and China Haisum will collectively drive light industrial enterprises toward industrialization, with the former supporting the product realization process, while the latter facilitating the engineering process. Luzhou Laojiao Group's commitment to building a comprehensive industrial chain aligns closely with Poly Sinolight and China Haisum's strategy of providing "full industry chain services for the light industry". Prior to the signing ceremony, both parties visited Luzhou Laojiao's National Liquor Cellars, Qiankun Liquor Castle, "Lighthouse Factory" for Intelligent Packaging, and the Party-Mass Service Center, and conducted an inspection and research visit to the project site in zones A and B of the Hejiang Food Fermentation R&D Base.

The ceremony were attended by heads of relevant departments of Luzhou Laojiao Group and Yuanjingda, as well as principal leaders and department heads from GDE of China Haisum.
